Components of the system

Stem

• Uncemented with shot-blasted surface
• Anatomical curvature and polished tip to facilitate insertion into the intramedullary canal
• Groove along the major axis reduces cortical stresses
• 1mm thick side wings ensure primary diaphyseal stability
• Proximal conical shape and tapering in the front and rear planes increase metaphyseal stabilityDistal hole increases, if necessary, the stability of the implant with a screw that can be inserted with the diaphyseal outer guide for easy placement
• Available in 5 sizes (11, 12.13, 15 and 17mm) in two different lengths:240 and 270 mm for all diameters and in 310 mm length for diameters 13, 15 and 17mm

Proximal neck

• In standard or offset versions
• Sizes: short and long
• Cervical-diaphyseal angle 133 ◦
• 12/14 morse taper
• Thin stem increases articulation with acetabular components
• Variable anteversion to achieve the most appropriate angle using a simple system for disassembly

Neck Spacer

Indicated in cases where improved anchoring of the greater trochanter is needed

• Cervical-diaphyseal angle of 133 ◦
• Proximal morse taper 12/14
• Holes in the sides allow for cerclage wiring

Metaphyseal component

• Cone-shaped for the best filling of the metaphyseal area and to prevent sinking in the medullary canal
• Available in two sizes: Large and Small
