5° CONVENTION PROGRAMMATICA – 55° Congresso Nazionale OTODI – Ortopedici Traumatologi Ospedalieri d’Italia “Innovazioni In Ortopedia e Traumatologia”

The Citieffe Symposium “Multiple approaches in the osteosynthesis of lower limb fractures with a single nailing system” was held in the context of the 5th Programmatic Convention OTODI – Ortopedici Traumatologi Ospedalieri d’Italia (Florence, June 13-14).

The interesting debate with the audience, moderated by Prof. Alberto Belluati (Ravenna), Dr. Edoardo Crainz (Siena), and Dr. Andrea Pizzoli (Mantova) was focused on the advantages of retrograde intramedullary osteosynthesis in the distal femur and suprapatellar approach in tibial fractures combined with the technological innovation of a single system designed for these surgical approaches.
